Eligibility · four questions · about five minutes
Find out where you stand before you spend anything.
This check runs your case against the candidacy criteria we publish, and shows you the result on screen before it asks for your name. If your case does not meet the criteria, it says so, names the reason, and tells you what would change the answer.
A criteria screen. It tells you whether your case clears the published gate, in plain language, with the criterion printed next to the answer.
A diagnosis, a second opinion, or a prediction about how you would respond. A physician reading your actual imaging decides, and that reading costs nothing.
A one-page case record you can print and hand to your own oncologist, whichever way the answer goes.
We turn people away. Here is when.
Treating a case that does not meet the criteria hurts the patient and corrupts what we learn from everyone else. Publishing the refusal list is the only way the gate means anything, so it sits here, before the first question, rather than at the end of a sales call.
Question 01
What kind of cancer has been diagnosed?
Pick the type on the pathology report. If a cancer started somewhere else and spread, choose where it started.
Question 02
Which of these is closest to your situation?
Pick the one that fits best. Nothing here is a wrong answer, and you can go back and change it.
Question 03
What treatment have you already had?
Select everything that applies. None of these rules you out. This approach is designed to be added to standard treatment rather than replace it.
Same question, safety half
Does any of this describe you right now?
These are the conditions that make the procedure unsafe or impossible, taken straight from the published criteria. Most of them are temporary. Answer honestly, because getting this wrong costs you a flight.
Step 04 · continued
Send the records, and a physician reads them.
You already have your result. This is the part that decides it. The review costs nothing and carries no obligation, and we would rather read a case and decline it than have you travel on a guess.
